The Council Officer Retreat is a program for elected officers of the:

• Black Greek Council
• Interfraternity Council
• Panhellenic Council
• United Greek Council
• Order of Omega

Since its separation from the Chapter Presidents' Retreat in 2011, the retreat has been redeveloped to better enhance the education officered to council officers and their specific roles.

The retreat traditionally takes place overnight in late January outside of Champaign/Urbana.
