Fraternity & Sorority Affairs provides academic grade reports to all chapters recognized by the university. Grade reports are only made available to the chapter president, chapter advisor, and housing corporation president. Member grades are made available to the chapter only when an official grade release form has been signed and submitted to the office.
Rosters must be updated according to the following schedule in order for members to be listed on the respective semester’s grade report.
Grade Release Forms Due
- Fall Semester: October 15
- Spring Semester: March 15
Roster Updates Due
- Fall Semester: December 1
- Spring Semester: May 1
