Illinois Body Project

The Illinois Body Project is a peer-led program which encourages sorority women to establish and maintain a healthy body image. The Illinois Body Project is the first program supported by scientific evidence with proven positive results for its participants. Implemented over 2 two-hour sessions, this highly interactive program deconstructs the widely accepted "ultra-thin ideal" and empowers sorority women to create and affirm positive and healthy body self-image.
