About Me

Having joined Fraternity & Sorority Affairs in fall 2016, Kadeem serves as a Graduate Assistant. Kadeem earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of South Alabama. While at USA, he served as the Parliamentarian for the National Pan-Hellenic Council. Kadeem understand both the historical and present importance of fraternity and sorority life, especially cultural fraternal organizations. Kadeem credits much of his academic success to his decision in joining his fraternity. He learned early on in his collegiate career about the importance of community service and scholarship.

Kadeem is currently a graduate student in Educational Policy, Organization & Leadership at Illinois. His academic interest include post-secondary prison education.

An active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Kadeem has previously served as his undergraduate chapter’s Vice President and Secretary. He currently serves as the Director of Educational Activities for the local graduate chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha.

Kadeem enjoys hanging out with friends and is a huge fan of the show Game of Thrones. After earning his Ph.D., Kadeem plans to become a professor and researcher as well as serve his community as a social justice advocate.
